4 Star - Quality in Tourism Set in 23 acres of old pasture land opposite Aspley Woods, Woodleys Cottage is part of a recent barn conversion at The Granary, Woodleys Farm, just a quarter mile from Woburn Sands.

Our bed and breakfast charges are:

  • Double occupancy is £65 per room per night.

  • Single occupancy is £48 per room per night.

We offer a continental "help yourself" breakfast, which includes fruit juice, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold meat, cheese, toast, croissants, tea/coffee.  Complimentary drinks and snacks are also provided in the rooms.

We also run a very small livery yard and can provide an overnight laundry service.
