Woodleys Cottage ~ Terms and Conditions

• A deposit by Credit, Debit or Charge Card is normally required.
• Check-in is from 3pm unless prior arrangements are made with us.
• Check-out is 10:30am Monday to Friday and 11:00am Saturday and Sunday.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
• Pet Policy:
• Well behaved dogs are welcome. The supplement payable is indicated on the online booking form.
• Please bring your pet's bedding.
• Cancellations:
• Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of your arrival date.
• If a guest fails to cancel before this time the cost of one night’s accommodation per room booked will be charged from the debit/credit card details entered on online booking form.
• Website:
• Amendments and updates are frequently being made to our website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure all information is correct, we cannot guarantee this.
• The tariff calculated by the online booking system is indicative only. Any discrepancy with discounts or supplements applied at booking may be corrected on your final invoice.
